What do I need to use the Soul Machines integration with ServiceNow?

1. I’m a current Soul Machines user on the Annual Pro Plan — what do I need to enable the ServiceNow integration?
To activate the integration:
Ensure you have a ServiceNow® account with admin permissions.
Visit the ServiceNow Store and install the Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents Connector app
→ Price: $6,000/yearAfter installation, email servicenow-sales@soulmachines.com to request your API Key.
In the ServiceNow platform:
Navigate to Soul Machines → Configuration
Enter your API Key and click Save to generate your Callback API Key
Assign the appropriate ServiceNow roles:
x_soma_sm.admin — Full admin access
x_soma_sm.user — Basic user access (e.g., creators, viewers)
2. I don’t have a Soul Machines or ServiceNow account — how do I get started?
Follow these steps:
Start by signing up for the Soul Machines Annual Pro Plan
→ Contact servicenow-sales@soulmachines.com to schedule a demo and activate your plan.Create a ServiceNow account at servicenow.com.
Purchase and install the Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents Connector app from the ServiceNow Store
→ Price: $6,000/yearAfter installation, email sales@soulmachines.com to obtain your API Key.
Configure the integration in ServiceNow and assign roles (admin, user) as needed.
