Requirements Overview
To use the integration, you’ll need:
A Workforce Connect Plan (7-day trial available)
A ServiceNow® account with admin access
The Workforce Connect™ app, available via the ServiceNow Store
An API Key (retrieved from your Workforce Connect dashboard)
User Setup Instructions
Already Subscribed to Workforce Connect
If you’ve already purchased Workforce Connect:
We’ll enable the Workforce Connect™ app in your ServiceNow instance. No action is required on your end for the app installation.
Once enabled:
Retrieve your API Key from the Workforce Connect dashboard
In ServiceNow:
→ Go to Soul Machines → Configuration
→ Enter your API Key and click Save to generate your Callback API Key
Assign ServiceNow roles:
x_soma_sm.admin – Full admin access
x_soma_sm.user – Experience creators and viewers
