Getting Started with Soul Machines + ServiceNow Integration

The Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents Connector™ app with ServiceNow® enables you to deploy emotionally intelligent digital agents directly into your ServiceNow environment. This FAQ outlines what you need based on your current setup.

What do I need to use the Soul Machines integration with ServiceNow?

Your requirements depend on your current status. See below for detailed guidance by user type.

1. I’m a current Soul Machines user on the Annual Pro Plan — what do I need to enable the ServiceNow integration?

To activate the integration:

1. Ensure you have a ServiceNow® account with admin permissions.

2. Visit the ServiceNow Store and install the Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents Connector app
   → Price: $6,000/year

3. After installation, email servicenow-sales@soulmachines.com to request your API Key.

4. In the ServiceNow platform:

   • Navigate to Soul Machines → Configuration

   • Enter your API Key and click Save to generate your Callback API Key

5. Assign the appropriate ServiceNow roles:

   • x_soma_sm.admin — Full admin access

   • x_soma_sm.user — Basic user access (e.g., creators, viewers)

2. I don’t have a Soul Machines or ServiceNow account — how do I get started?

Follow these steps:

1. Start by signing up for the Soul Machines Annual Pro Plan
   → Contact servicenow-sales@soulmachines.com to schedule a demo and activate your plan.

2. Create a ServiceNow account at servicenow.com.

3. Purchase and install the Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents Connector app from the ServiceNow Store
   → Price: $6,000/year

4. After installation, email sales@soulmachines.com to obtain your API Key.

5. Configure the integration in ServiceNow and assign roles (admin, user) as needed.

3. I have a ServiceNow account but I’m not yet a Soul Machines user — what are my next steps?

1. Contact servicenow-sales@soulmachines.com to:

   • Schedule a demo

   • Subscribe to the Annual Pro Plan

2. Once your plan is active:

   • Install the Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents Connector app from the ServiceNow Store
     → Price: $6,000/year

   • Request your API Key from the Soul Machines team

   • Configure the integration and assign appropriate user roles
