What does the Soul Machines integration with ServiceNow do?

The Soul Machines integration brings our emotionally-intelligent, digital, Experiential AI Agents™ directly into your ServiceNow® environment. These human-like avatars engage users in face-to-face conversations while collecting structured data and triggering workflows — all within your existing ServiceNow workflows and portals.

What can these Experiential AI Agents do inside ServiceNow?

With the integration, Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents can:

  • Guide users through complex processes (e.g., onboarding, support, surveys)

  • Collect structured inputs like names, preferences, feedback, and more

  • Trigger ServiceNow workflows based on conversation outcomes

  • Provide a more engaging, interactive front-end to internal systems

  • Embed directly in ServiceNow portals, knowledge articles, or service catalogs

How does it work technically?

  • Admins install the Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents Connector™ app from the ServiceNow Store

  • A Soul Machines API Key connects your account to ServiceNow

  • Experiences (AI-driven conversations) are created and configured in the Soul Machines AI Connector application within your ServiceNow instance

  • When deployed, the Agent captures user inputs and sends structured data back to ServiceNow via secure API callbacks

What are the key components included?

  • Avatar library: Choose from a range of customizable digital humans to match your brand

  • Experience builder: Define the Agent’s purpose, tone, and goals

  • Callback engine: Automatically stores conversation results in ServiceNow

  • Role-based access: Control who can build, manage, and view experiences
