How does it work technically?
Admins install the Soul Machines Experiential AI Agents Connector™ app from the ServiceNow Store
A Soul Machines API Key connects your account to ServiceNow
Experiences (AI-driven conversations) are created and configured in the Soul Machines AI Connector application within your ServiceNow instance
When deployed, the Agent captures user inputs and sends structured data back to ServiceNow via secure API callbacks
