Q1: What is Digital Workforce and what are the key features? 

A: Digital Workforce is a powerful product for Soul Machines customers. It enables deeper workflow automation and enterprise-level customization by integrating Soul Machines’ AI-powered Digital People into tools like Zapier, ServiceNow, and others soon to be announced.


Q2: I'm interested in Digital Workforce but I want to see what it has to offer first. Is there a way for me to trial for free?

A: Yes, all new registrations come with a 7-day free trial for you to explore and evaluate the functionality.

Q3: Do I pay for each integration?

A: No. The Workforce Connect plan unlocks access to all integrations, now and in future. We’ll continue to launch more integrations throughout the year, and this charge will cover all future add-ons.

Q4: Can I use Studio assets in Zapier?

A: Not currently. Assets like projects and avatars created in Studio are not linked to automation tools. 

Q5: Where do I manage or activate these integrations?

A: You can create, delete, and copy your required API-keys by visiting your Workforce account page - https://workforce.soulmachines.com 

Q6: What if I exceed the minute quota using these integrations?

A: Standard overage policies apply. You can view how many minutes you've used on your account page.

Q7: Are there risks with the misuse of objectives?

A: We’ve built safeguards to prevent violations (e.g. scams, credit card data collection) and will monitor closely.

We currently check for these aspects:

  • Non-conversational feasibility: task impossible via chat alone. 

  • Sensitive information risks: privacy / security issues with personal data.  

  • Significant risks or ethical concerns: legal, ethical or controversial content.  

  • Uncertainty or ambiguity: unclear or underspecified requirements.  

  • Incomplete or missing objective: Results expected but not covered by Objectives.
