Q1: What is Experiential AI Premium Integration included and what are the key features?
A: Premium Integrations is a powerful add-on for Soul Machines customers on the Pro Annual or Enterprise plans. It enables deeper workflow automation and enterprise-level customization by integrating Soul Machines’ AI-powered Digital People into tools like Zapier.
Q2: I'm interested in Premium Integration but I want to see what it has to offer first. Is there a way for me to trial for free?
A: We don’t offer a free trial for Premium Integration. If you’re interested in exploring more, please reach out to sales@soulmachines.com. We will do the best we can to answer any questions you or your team have.
Q3: Is Premium Integration only available for the Pro Plan?
A: Yes. Premium Integration is an add-on that’s currently only available to Pro plan users or enterprise customers. It’s charged annually ($5000/year) so you will have to be on the annual plan in order to purchase. If you’re an enterprise customer and would like to purchase the add-on or learn more, please email to sales@soulmachines.com and we will process the purchase manually.
Q4: Do I pay $5,000 for each integration?
A: No. $5,000/year unlocks access to all Premium Integrations, now and in future. We’ll continue to launch more features in this integration throughout the year, and this charge will cover all the future add-on.
Q5: Can I use Studio assets in Zapier?
A: Not currently. Assets like projects and avatars created in Studio are not linked to automation tools. Only usage minutes are shared.
Q6: Where do I manage or activate these integrations?
A: Everything is manual for now. Customers must email us or fill out inquiry forms.
Q7: What if a customer exceeds their minute quota using these integrations?
A: Standard overage policies apply. Encourage batch testing first. Enterprise plans generally have more flexibility.
Q8: Are there risks with misuse or misuse of objectives?
A: Yes. We’re building safeguards to prevent violations (e.g. scams, credit card data collection) and will monitor closely.
We currently check for these aspects:
Non-conversational feasibility: task impossible via chat alone.
Sensitive information risks: privacy / security issues with personal data.
Significant risks or ethical concerns: legal, ethical or controversial content.
Uncertainty or ambiguity: unclear or underspecified requirements.
Incomplete or missing objective: Results expected but not covered by Objectives.
