Getting started with templates

A template simplifies the process of setting up a project based on predefined settings. To help you get started, we have developed the following predefined out-of-the-box templates:

• Digital Greeter — The Digital Greeter is intended to improve the first interaction a customer has with your brand by helping them find what they’re looking for and understanding how they feel before engaging with your brand.
• Digital Chief Experience Officer — Collects first-party data in an empathetic and personalised way
• Solution Expert — The Solution Expert helps users during the consideration stage of their journey and is best for situations where the decision is complex
• Explorer — The Explorer Template helps Studio Users with creating their first project. It is an “in-app helper” who can guide you through the process. It is not intended to be deployed into a production version but “uses the product to sell the product”.
