Note: Only Organization Owners can perform these actions.
Canceling your Studio Account
Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Soul Machines Studio account on our website or clicking this link.
Navigate to Account & Team: Go to the Account & Team page, found in the top right corner of the page under the gear
icon.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the Cancellation Process: Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Please provide a reason for cancellation, as this helps us improve and refine our product.
Confirm Cancellation: You should receive a confirmation email indicating that your account has been canceled.
Canceling your Gallery Account (AI Assistants)
Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Soul Machines Gallery account on our website by clicking Login > AI Assistants.
Navigate to Manage Account: Go to the Account & Team page, found in the top right corner of the page under profile icon.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the Cancellation Process: Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Please provide a reason for cancellation, as this helps us improve and refine our product.
Confirm Cancellation: You should receive a confirmation email indicating that your account has been canceled.
Downgrading Your Account
Please submit our support form indicating you wish to downgrade
Updating Billing Information, Viewing Receipts
Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Soul Machines Studio account on our website or clicking this link.
Navigate to Account & Team: Go to the Account & Team page, found in the top right corner of the page under the gear
icon.
Choose “Manage Subscription”. Here you can update credit card details and see past receipts.
Important Notes
Billing Cycle: When upgrading or downgrading, be aware of your billing cycle, as changes may take effect at the start of the next billing period. Upgrades are processed instantly, and downgrades come into effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Data Retention: If you wish to have all your account data deleted, please submit a ticket indicating your account name and associated email address.
