Digital DNA Studio offers a feature that allows users to access multiple organizational accounts using a single set of login credentials. This feature is particularly beneficial for partner organizations that handle multiple customers and want their support users to work across different organizations.

It's important to note that this feature does not synchronize data between the accounts. Its purpose is solely to provide convenient access to various organization accounts.

If you need additional organization accounts created, please contact your Soul Machines Account Manager or contact our support team. You will receive an email invitation to Digital DNA Studio, where you can complete the account creation process.

Switching between accounts

As an owner or user with support role, you can send invitations to users from different organization accounts. The recipient of the invitation has 30 days to accept the organization invitation sent by the host and choose to join the new organization.

Users who are part of multiple accounts can switch between them by clicking on the Organization dropdown located in the top left corner of the screen.

To switch between accounts:

1. Log into Digital DNA Studio.
2. Click the Organization drop-down arrow next to the organization name.
3. Select and click on the desired organization from the list.
