Overview

The Content Cards Skill automatically displays contextual video, image and/or link cards to support and enhance your Digital Person's conversation responses.

This Skill is:

  • Built and owned by Soul Machines Ltd.

  • Only supported in English.


Limitations

  • Image links must contain the file extension (e.g. jpeg, png, gif) for the Content Cards Skill to output an image content card.

  • The Content Cards Skill only supports the video, image and link content cards. Markdown content cards are supported for markdown tables only. List content cards are unsupported.

  • The Content Cards Skill does not work with the VoiceFlow skill.

  • Only YouTube video links are supported.

Configuration

The Content Cards Skill detects image, video and external links in the response and extracts them into content cards.

Your base conversation must be configured to respond with image, video and/or external links to support the above.

Refer to Using Media with Generative Conversation for guidelines on how best to use content cards with a generative conversation. 

Refer to Getting Started | Connect conversation and add skill for detailed instructions on adding Skills to your project.

Ignore markdown syntax on image and video links

Ignores any markdown syntax applied to image and video links.

This results in the creation of image and video content cards instead of external link cards.

Enable for generative base conversations which tend to output image and video links in markdown format.
